The biggest cause of failure for most people starting new businesses is the lack of sales. The people selling you businesses make it seem easy, but frequently it’s not.

Ask these 3 questions if you’re concerned about how to get sales:

QUESTION # 1: What system do you have for me to use to get sales?

If they can’t explain it to you in simple terms, they probably do not have a system. If it seems like it would require a professional salesperson to execute, that’s fine if you are one.

With our Dine-In Delivery restaurant food delivery business, it’s very simple; mail out menu guides, then people call in and place orders.

We tell you about how many orders to expect as a percent of how many menu guides you mail. No sales experience required.

QUESTION # 2: Will your sales depend on other people making sales for you?

This is a typical problem with MLM’s. They like to make you think that you fill up your first 2 levels, those people will do the same and before you know it, you are a millionaire.

It’s not quite that easy. If it was, I wouldn’t be writing this email, I’d be relaxing on a beach somewhere. Dine-In Delivery doesn’t depend on anyone except the Post Office (delivering the menu guides) which admittedly can be a bit scary sometimes.

QUESTION # 3: If the business has an automatic sales system like a vending business, what does their operating profit look like?

Actually, this applies for any business. Do they discuss profit margins by talking about only one aspect of the business?

I once analyzed a promotional product business opportunity for a friend and though the rate per hour you can make sounded impressive, they left out most of the time consuming steps. When you consider everything, what do you make?

A vending business I looked at only considered the time to load the machine, not to drive from one location to another. That one turned out to be an investment that could make you about $10/hour when you considered everything.

Just because it’s a well known franchise doesn’t mean you will do well either. I talked with a guy who had a nationally known sandwich shop franchise and he told me he worked 80 hours+ per week and only made $35,000 per year and he had to pay $50,000 to get that opportunity.

You can make an executive 6 figure income out of your home with a Dine-In Delivery business and if you set it up like we recommend, you can even do that with someone else running it for you.

So how to start a food delivery business?

After you look at the literature we’ve sent you and if you are still interested, call us so we can answer any questions you may have and also ask about your experience and background to see if it looks like a good fit for both of us.

After that, if you are financially qualified we’ll be glad to fly out to your city and meet with you in person to further discuss the business and answer any questions you might have.

The good news is that there are still many locations available for licensed operators. The bad news is that once a territory is gone, it’s gone.

We expect to have thousands of these operations in a few years so those who get in first get the best locations. If you are at all interested, call us after you receive your free information kit.

Many will require that you sign lengthy agreements BEFORE they will disclose the information critical to your decision making. This is yet another way that Dine-In Delivery, Inc. (DID) is different.

At Dine-In Delivery, we receive hundreds of inquiries every month from individuals interested in learning more about the food delivery service business plan of in-home delivery of meals by non-preparers.

Some of these inquiries come from people who are seriously interested in starting a business and who are financially capable of doing so. Many inquiries come from individuals who are curious about the DID opportunity but with no real intent or resources to start a business of their own.

We are happy to share preliminary information without verification of intent and financial ability but once you’re serious about learning more, we incur real expenses.

Our owner, John Seely, travels at his own expense to meet with you before you make a final commitment. At this meeting John shares details including much of our proprietary financial and operating information. As we mentioned earlier, we think you’ll find other opportunities will require significant financial disclosure on your part and a written agreement, in order to verify intent and ability before advancing to the face-to-face stage.

Our approach to this process is somewhat unique and therefore may seem a bit unorthodox, but it’s really
quite simple.

Keep in mind that DID never gathers your personal financial information or asks that any funds be transferred prior to your final decision. All we ask is that you show us you really do have the money.

Our process works like this:

1. After you have reviewed the preliminary information we have sent to you and decide you are serious about learning more, you demonstrate that, should you decide to, you are financially able to join us.

2. To show you have the financial ability you obtain a cashier’s check in the amountof $17,500 (the amount of our review fee) made out to Dine-In Delivery. YOU STAY IN POSSESSION OF THIS CHECK.

3. You make a copy of the cashier’s check and on this copy white out the bank account and routing numbers. The copy of the cashier’s check with the bank account and routing numbers removed is faxed to us at: (303) 604-6839 (remember to include you name on the
fax so we know it’s from you).

4. YOU KEEP THE CHECK UNTIL YOU DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT TO JOIN US. NO MONEY CHANGES HANDS UNTIL THAT TIME.

5. John Seely travels to meet with you at his expense. At this meeting, John again verifies your intent and ability be viewing the original check. THE CHECK STAYS IN YOUR POSESSION.

6. NOTE THAT IN EACH STEP OF THE PROCESS, YOUR MONEY STAYS WITH YOU.

7. You make your final decision. If you join DID, you pay us with the check. If you decide the opportunity is not the right fit, you re-deposit the check in your bank.

It’s a simple and secure way to verify your financial ability without disclosing personal information. If you have questions or concerns about this process, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

This is another way the Dine In Delivery business can be very different.

Imagine for a moment, that you have invested the time, effort and money to get a Dine-In Delivery business set up in your area. You have signed up the restaurants, printed and distributed the menu guides and now, the phones are ringing with orders.

The food delivery service business is now a going venture and worth more than you put into it. Instead of the $20,000 or so you started with, it is now worth $40,000 or more because it’s a going business.

You could sell 5-10% of it for several thousand dollars to someone who would do your dispatching. This person, in effect, is buying the dispatching job for a small piece of the pie and to be able to say they own a share of the business they operate.

This person could then take over much of the work of the business, but you would still own most of it. That would give you time, for instance, to start up another Dine-In Delivery, or maybe just play some golf!

By the way, to start up another Dine-In Delivery, keep in mind you only need the money for the menu guides,
phone and rent. You don’t need to spend another $17,500 for another review! You’ve already paid for the knowledge and we’re not smart enough to figure out how to charge you
for it again.

So, to start up a second business, you only need a couple thousand dollars for start up expenses and an agreement to use the Dine-In Delivery name if you choose to.

So, get your second one off the ground and sell maybe 10% to your dispatcher for $2,500 $3,000. The economics of this second one look pretty good already don’t they?

You’ve already recovered all your costs because you didn’t have to pay for a second review!

This is something you cannot just do with any business. Take a doctor or lawyer for example. After he/she
graduates from many years of expensive education, he may start his own business or “practice”.

He says he’s going into the medical or legal business, but he has to do all the work himself. His nurse or
paralegal cannot take over for him. To make more money, he has to work and bill more hours.

In our business, maybe one of your best drivers might like to be involved as an equity involved dispatcher.
After all, that’s quite a promotion for him and can take over for you. He can be shown how to do it because
it’s not brain surgery.

In our business, you can cleverly back out of all or part of the work and the business still goes on!

By now you’ve received your information kit. So, take the next step and call us to discuss your questions and
learn more.
