Dine-In Delivery (DID) is quite different from other opportunities you may have seen. For one thing; there are 3 different ways you can benefit from the food delivery business. Before I explain them, a bit of background that pertains to them all…

Dine In Delivery does business with MARIE CALLENDER’S, ON-THE- BORDER, TONY ROMA’S, PIZZARIA UNO, OLD CHICAGO, QUIZNO’S, SUBWAY, BENNIGAN’S and many other national chain and independent restaurants.

Our business is restaurant meal delivery which means we deliver food for restaurants without their own deliveryservice. And we will show you how restaurant delivery service business works.

While Domino’s franchisees are delivering their pizza to people ($5.1 Billion in 2007), DID licensed operators are delivering food to people too, but from a number of different restaurants they have agreements with, so unlike Domino’s they don’t have to prepare the food.

They simply put out Menu Guides in an area, which are nothing more than the re-creation of the participating restaurants’ menus. And by sending them to homes, businesses, hotels, and motels, it makes the phone ring; people call DID to have meals delivered from one of the restaurants in the Menu Guide.

When that happens, the order is taken and then conveyed to the restaurant and then to an independent contractor driver who picks up and delivers the order to the customer, the end consumer.

Here are the three ways to enter this rapidly expanding business with us:

1. Join as a licensed operator of your own DID restaurant meal delivery business, using our name and thereby gaining instant credibility to do business in your area with the national chains that our other licensed operators are already doing business with.

2. Own the business and act as an overseer, having someone else run it for you.

3. Join us on the marketing side assisting DID corporate in the creation of licensed operators by conveying facts about the business to people in your area, or for that matter, anywhere in the country. No travel or selling is required since all closes are handled by corporate people.

You can earn a realistic six figure income as a licensed operator/overseer of your own Dine In Delivery business or by assisting us on the marketing side in developing operators. Whether you choose to earn a profit using just one or all three of these alternatives, we require only a one-time payment $17,500.

If you have the financial ability, we believe enough in our business to fly our owner to you, at our expense with no obligation on your part, so you may meet the man behind the Business. He’ll go over the financials and other proprietary information associated with all 3 opportunities before you decide to get into this growing business with us.

Many business opportunities and franchises tell you to allow a substantial number of months before you take any money out of your new business. On top of that, you have to quit your day job long before you open to get the business ready.

If you have to allocate 6 months of living expenses as a part of the cost of your new business, that could be the largest part of your investment and if you don’t include that in your planning, you could be in real trouble.

This is where Dine-In Delivery is different. Here’s how to start your restaurant meal delivery business part time while you keep doing whatever you are doing now.

Your first step after we conduct the initial phase comprehensive business review is to sign up the restaurants for your menu guide. As part of the review process, a Dine-In Delivery representative experienced at presenting the value proposition spends a week at your location meeting with you and the prospective restaurants.

For this example, let’s assume you have decided you want to have 15 restaurants to open (people have opened with as few as 6). Dine-In Delivery operators already have relationships with national chains like Quizno’s, Marie Callender’s, On-the-Border and others so getting started with them is easier as a result.

You can arrange to meet with the restaurant owners after work or on your lunch hour. Let’s say it takes 6 weeks to actually get in touch with and sign up your restaurants. You then need to get their menu artwork and find out if there are any items they want deleted before you go to press.

Let’s be conservative and say it takes you another 4 – 6 weeks to pick up artwork, have your printer make any changes and get it back to the restaurant owner for approval.

The actual time to do these things is insignificant; the time comes from setting up appointments to meet with people and getting them to meet with you again briefly to approve the art in the menu

All this is easy stuff, but if you are planning on getting 15 people to have approved their artwork, time is needed to get those meetings. If someone is out of town for a couple weeks, that can slow down your whole project 2 weeks.

This is why I’m using a conservative total time of 10 – 12 weeks.

Note that, so far, you have not needed to stop whatever you currently do to earn a living. Toward the end of that time you are also hiring drivers and a dispatcher. That can be done after 5 because your candidates are hoping to be working for you after 5:00 PM anyway.

Once your menu guides are printed and your drivers are lined up, you are ready to go and still haven’t stopped your day job.

You actually may never have to quit what you do now if you run your Dine-In Delivery food delivery service business for dinner only from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Once you send out the menu guides, the calls start and you are in business.

Keep running it part time, or do it full time and have your days free, or even better, once you have it up and running have someone else run it and have both your days and evenings free…

One of our operators called us to tell us they had hit their break even point after only 3 weeks and were now making money.

What’s next?

If you haven’t already, give us a call so we can answer you questions and learn more about you.

If it seem like a good fit for both of us, and if you are financially qualified we’ll be glad to fly out to your city and meet with you in person to further discuss the business and answer any questions you might have.

You will have a “menu guide” printed, which is a magazine-like booklet that has menus inside from the participating restaurants. A typical operation will have 6 – 20 different restaurants representing all kind of food.

These menu guides are distributed by various means such as direct mail, hanging them on doorknobs, putting them in hotels and the participating restaurants, and so on. As you get the menu guides distributed, people call and order food. Many people are only familiar with home delivery of pizza, so when they see they can order from dozens of national and local restaurants and have the food delivered quickly, and hot, they will tend to order again and again.

When they call in their order, you or your dispatcher takes down the information and calls the restaurant to order the food. Then a driver is called and told where to pick it up and where to deliver it.

The drivers can be independent contractors – like some of Domino’s Pizza drivers – they supply their own cars and gas. They are not employees and we have a number of alternative contracts you may choose from to use to make sure your drivers are not employees.

No selling is involved. Put out menu guides, and the more you put out, the more orders you get.

When your drivers check back in at the end of the evening, they turn in the money they collected from customers. You will be paying the restaurants for the food from the payments you have already received.

Depending on your interest and area, you might choose to be open for lunch and/or dinner. If only open for dinner then your business is open from say, 5 – 9 PM. You have your daytime hours off!

We will show you how to explain to the restaurateur that they will actually make 2.5 times the profit on food that goes out the back door compared to meals served in their dining room.

It’s a true win/win. The restaurant makes a much better margin on food sold out the back door than on meals served on their premises. You make money on their food consumed in your customers’ homes or offices.

The biggest cause of failure for most people starting new businesses is the lack of sales. The people selling you businesses make it seem easy, but frequently it’s not.

Ask these 3 questions if you’re concerned about how to get sales:

QUESTION # 1: What system do you have for me to use to get sales?

If they can’t explain it to you in simple terms, they probably do not have a system. If it seems like it would require a professional salesperson to execute, that’s fine if you are one.

With our Dine-In Delivery restaurant food delivery business, it’s very simple; mail out menu guides, then people call in and place orders.

We tell you about how many orders to expect as a percent of how many menu guides you mail. No sales experience required.

QUESTION # 2: Will your sales depend on other people making sales for you?

This is a typical problem with MLM’s. They like to make you think that you fill up your first 2 levels, those people will do the same and before you know it, you are a millionaire.

It’s not quite that easy. If it was, I wouldn’t be writing this email, I’d be relaxing on a beach somewhere. Dine-In Delivery doesn’t depend on anyone except the Post Office (delivering the menu guides) which admittedly can be a bit scary sometimes.

QUESTION # 3: If the business has an automatic sales system like a vending business, what does their operating profit look like?

Actually, this applies for any business. Do they discuss profit margins by talking about only one aspect of the business?

I once analyzed a promotional product business opportunity for a friend and though the rate per hour you can make sounded impressive, they left out most of the time consuming steps. When you consider everything, what do you make?

A vending business I looked at only considered the time to load the machine, not to drive from one location to another. That one turned out to be an investment that could make you about $10/hour when you considered everything.

Just because it’s a well known franchise doesn’t mean you will do well either. I talked with a guy who had a nationally known sandwich shop franchise and he told me he worked 80 hours+ per week and only made $35,000 per year and he had to pay $50,000 to get that opportunity.

You can make an executive 6 figure income out of your home with a Dine-In Delivery business and if you set it up like we recommend, you can even do that with someone else running it for you.

So how to start a food delivery business?

After you look at the literature we’ve sent you and if you are still interested, call us so we can answer any questions you may have and also ask about your experience and background to see if it looks like a good fit for both of us.

After that, if you are financially qualified we’ll be glad to fly out to your city and meet with you in person to further discuss the business and answer any questions you might have.

The good news is that there are still many locations available for licensed operators. The bad news is that once a territory is gone, it’s gone.

We expect to have thousands of these operations in a few years so those who get in first get the best locations. If you are at all interested, call us after you receive your free information kit.

Many will require that you sign lengthy agreements BEFORE they will disclose the information critical to your decision making. This is yet another way that Dine-In Delivery, Inc. (DID) is different.

At Dine-In Delivery, we receive hundreds of inquiries every month from individuals interested in learning more about the food delivery service business plan of in-home delivery of meals by non-preparers.

Some of these inquiries come from people who are seriously interested in starting a business and who are financially capable of doing so. Many inquiries come from individuals who are curious about the DID opportunity but with no real intent or resources to start a business of their own.

We are happy to share preliminary information without verification of intent and financial ability but once you’re serious about learning more, we incur real expenses.

Our owner, John Seely, travels at his own expense to meet with you before you make a final commitment. At this meeting John shares details including much of our proprietary financial and operating information. As we mentioned earlier, we think you’ll find other opportunities will require significant financial disclosure on your part and a written agreement, in order to verify intent and ability before advancing to the face-to-face stage.

Our approach to this process is somewhat unique and therefore may seem a bit unorthodox, but it’s really
quite simple.

Keep in mind that DID never gathers your personal financial information or asks that any funds be transferred prior to your final decision. All we ask is that you show us you really do have the money.

Our process works like this:

1. After you have reviewed the preliminary information we have sent to you and decide you are serious about learning more, you demonstrate that, should you decide to, you are financially able to join us.

2. To show you have the financial ability you obtain a cashier’s check in the amountof $17,500 (the amount of our review fee) made out to Dine-In Delivery. YOU STAY IN POSSESSION OF THIS CHECK.

3. You make a copy of the cashier’s check and on this copy white out the bank account and routing numbers. The copy of the cashier’s check with the bank account and routing numbers removed is faxed to us at: (303) 604-6839 (remember to include you name on the
fax so we know it’s from you).

4. YOU KEEP THE CHECK UNTIL YOU DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT TO JOIN US. NO MONEY CHANGES HANDS UNTIL THAT TIME.

5. John Seely travels to meet with you at his expense. At this meeting, John again verifies your intent and ability be viewing the original check. THE CHECK STAYS IN YOUR POSESSION.

6. NOTE THAT IN EACH STEP OF THE PROCESS, YOUR MONEY STAYS WITH YOU.

7. You make your final decision. If you join DID, you pay us with the check. If you decide the opportunity is not the right fit, you re-deposit the check in your bank.

It’s a simple and secure way to verify your financial ability without disclosing personal information. If you have questions or concerns about this process, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Imagine for a moment, that you have invested the time, effort and money to get a Dine-In Delivery business set up in your area. You have signed up the restaurants, printed and distributed the menu guides and now, the phones are ringing with orders.

The food delivery service business is now a going venture and worth more than you put into it. Instead of the $20,000 or so you started with, it is now worth $40,000 or more because it’s a going business.

You could sell 5-10% of it for several thousand dollars to someone who would do your dispatching. This person, in effect, is buying the dispatching job for a small piece of the pie and to be able to say they own a share of the business they operate.

This person could then take over much of the work of the business, but you would still own most of it. That would give you time, for instance, to start up another Dine-In Delivery, or maybe just play some golf!

By the way, to start up another Dine-In Delivery, keep in mind you only need the money for the menu guides,
phone and rent. You don’t need to spend another $17,500 for another review! You’ve already paid for the knowledge and we’re not smart enough to figure out how to charge you
for it again.

So, to start up a second business, you only need a couple thousand dollars for start up expenses and an agreement to use the Dine-In Delivery name if you choose to.

So, get your second one off the ground and sell maybe 10% to your dispatcher for $2,500 $3,000. The economics of this second one look pretty good already don’t they?

You’ve already recovered all your costs because you didn’t have to pay for a second review!

This is something you cannot just do with any business. Take a doctor or lawyer for example. After he/she
graduates from many years of expensive education, he may start his own business or “practice”.

He says he’s going into the medical or legal business, but he has to do all the work himself. His nurse or
paralegal cannot take over for him. To make more money, he has to work and bill more hours.

In our business, maybe one of your best drivers might like to be involved as an equity involved dispatcher.
After all, that’s quite a promotion for him and can take over for you. He can be shown how to do it because
it’s not brain surgery.

In our business, you can cleverly back out of all or part of the work and the business still goes on!

By now you’ve received your information kit. So, take the next step and call us to discuss your questions and
learn more.

Why Start Food Delivery Service Business?

Here’s why. Domino’s has proven there’s a market for food delivery business by delivering $5 Billion of pizza in 2005. In total, the pizza market is $32 Billion and 2/3 of it is either delivery or carry-out. It’s logical to assume that people would like other kinds of food delivered too, but most restaurants aren’t able to offer delivery.

So, delivering meals for restaurants is HUGE, UNTAPPED OPPORTUNITY.

Although the pizza market is 66% percent delivery and pick up, the overall restaurant industry, with sales of $511 Billion, is only beginning awaken to this opportunity because less than 1/10 of 1% percent of restaurant meals are delivered.

Starting a food delivery business can actually be MORE PROFITABLE than the restaurants they delivery for.

Run your restaurant delivery service full time or part time – offer lunch, dinner or both

No Accounts Receivable – paid by customers before having to pay the restaurant

No Inventory – you don’t prepare any food

No Cash Flow Problems

No Selling – the menu guide does the selling for you

Unlike the usual restaurant delivery services which requires a business location, you can start off in your home if you want

Small investment to start

Even when you grow to be a big restaurant delivery service business, there is no need for an expensive location

You can run this food delivery business without employees – using independent contractors

Run this dine delivery business with equity involved partners – know things are done right

This restaurant delivery service can quickly increase in value

Change from a food delivery service business you operate to one you oversee to one you just own

Prestige due to the restaurants and hotels you will become affiliated with
